1963 Garcia Mitchell 330 Automatic Bail Reel with Box, Papers and Extra

Garcia Mitchell 330 spinning reel, manufactured in France in 1963, serial number 3211090 engraved on the foot of the reel. Comes in black and red card box with Garcia New York label, extra spool in undamaged container, manuals and guarantee card.

This reel has been used, and the paintwork has some rubbing on the base of the housing, marks on the rotor and the foot where it attaches to the rod (see pictures). The reel is fully functioning with a smooth retrieve and working anti-reverse. The grease is original and can be a little stiff in cold weather.
The chrome is shiny and the bail spring is strong and flips over with a light finger dab. The box is solid, with a little shelf wear, with tape along one seam (see pictures), the paperwork has been read but is in good overall condition, and the extra spool is in a Mitchell container with no cracks.
This is a very good condition, fully functioning, 60 year old reel, in the box, with paperwork, to fish with or add to a collection.
